Comprehensive check up, clean & fluoride ($199 promotion)
This promotional offer is limited to two uses per patient within a calendar year and is applicable to standard preventive appointments only.
Where clinically indicated, diagnostic radiographs (X-rays) may be recommended to ensure an appropriate standard of care. Radiographs are not included in the promotional fee and, if required, will incur an additional cost.
“No gap” eligibility applies where the patient’s private health insurance rebate for a comprehensive examination, scale and clean, and fluoride treatment is equal to or greater than $199. In these circumstances, any out-of-pocket expense will be waived.
Where the private health insurance rebate is less than $199, the patient will be responsible for the remaining balance, payable on the day of treatment, up to the promotional fee of $199.
Any rebate amount exceeding $199 cannot be refunded, transferred, or applied as credit towards other services.
This promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer and is not redeemable for cash or substitution. Eligibility for the promotional fee is conditional upon the patient advising the practice at the time of booking that they wish to utilize this offer.
Concession card holders
Patients must present a valid government-issued concession card at the time of their appointment in order to be eligible for concession pricing.
Eligible concession card holders may receive a reduction of up to 20% on selected treatments with a total value exceeding $1000. The concession adjustment applies only to applicable services as determined by the practice and may not be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounted fee schedules.
Eligibility for concession pricing is conditional upon the patient advising the practice at the time of booking that they intend to utilise the concession benefit and presenting a valid concession card at the appointment.
The practice reserves the right to determine eligibility of services for concession adjustment and to amend or withdraw this offer at its discretion.
Private health insurance card holders
Patients are required to present their valid private health insurance card at the time of their appointment in order for us to process claims through our HICAPS system and apply any applicable preferred provider benefits.
If a valid private health insurance card is not provided at the time of treatment, patients will be required to pay the full private fee for the services rendered on the day.
A detailed invoice will be issued, which patients may then submit directly to their health fund to claim any eligible rebate.
Please note that once the private fee has been charged, we are unable to retrospectively apply the preferred provider fee schedule or adjust the fee to the subsidized rates offered through participating health funds.
Child Dental Benefits Scheme
Eligibility for the Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) is determined by Medicare. Our team is happy to assist in confirming your child’s eligibility; however, it remains the responsibility of the parent or guardian to ensure eligibility prior to treatment.
A valid Medicare card must be presented at the time of the appointment in order for services to be processed under the CDBS. The parent or legal guardian is required to provide informed financial consent and sign the relevant bulk billing documentation prior to commencement of treatment.
The CDBS provides eligible children with access to essential dental services up to the Medicare benefit limit. If the proposed treatment exceeds the avaliable CDBS balance, any additional costs not covered by Medicare will be discussed in advance and will be payable by the parent or guardian.
Unused CDBS benefits cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or transferred. Treatment is provided in accordance with clinical requirements and eligibility criteria set by Medicare.
Clinic policies
Cancellation policy
We understand that circumstances may arise which require patients to reschedule or cancel their appointments. In consideration of other patients and to allow adequate time to offer the appointment to those waiting for care, we kindly request sufficient notice where possible.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time may incur a $50 cancellation fee.
Repeated short-notice cancellations or changes may limit the practice’s ability to accommodate future bookings. Where three consecutive appointments are cancelled or rescheduled without adequate notice, the practice reserves the right to restrict future bookings to emergency appointments only.
The policy ensures fairness to all patients and supports the efficient allocation of clinical time.
Appointment deposit (90+ minute appointments)
Appointments scheduled for 90 minutes or longer require a deposit equal to 20% of the proposed treatment cost at the time of booking. This deposit secures the allocated clinical time and will be applied toward the total cost of the treatment on the day of the appointment.
We kindly request a minimum 48 hours’ notice should you need to reschedule or cancel an extended appointment. Where less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, the practice reserves the right to refund no more than 50% of the deposit, Alternatively, the full deposit may be retained as a credit towards future treatment at our clinic.
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice (non-attendance) may result in the deposit being forfeited.
By confirming an appointment of 90 minutes or longer, patients acknowledge and accept the terms of this deposit policy.
Zero tolerance to workplace disrespect and aggression
Our practice is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all patients and team members. We have a zero tolerance policy towards any form of abusive, threatening, or aggressive behavior, including verbal, physical, or written conduct directed at staff or other patients.

We appreciate the cooperation of all patients in supporting a respectful clinical environment.
Outstanding balance
Payment for services is required at the completion of each appointment unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon.
Accounts that remain unpaid for more than 30 days may result in the postponement of cancellation of future appointments until the outstanding balance has been settled.
The practice reserves the right to take reasonable steps to recover overdue accounts where necessary.
